We moved out after trying for 3 weeks to get him to fox the AC.

Check out the forums, there is a meetup group that meets in Richardson once a month at Fox and Hound, and another that meets at the Gingerman in Uptown.I like both groups, both are free, there are no sales pitches and there are just a bunch of really helpful people getting together to talk real estate.Shoot me a note if I can be of help.

Reference the "old grey fox" senerio if you would like to.There are several (most states in fact) that have a section in their real estate section of laws that state something similar to "if you do 8 or more deals than you are considered to be "in the business" and therefore are required to have a liscense".
