Am I silly for wanting to sell it and put it towards my next rental or should I be trying to keep this?

In regard to him not completing the section 8 process, am I allowed not to fill the paperwork required for him, and pursue the eviction?

Why are people paying these prices!?  They have been for years!  Numbers don't pencil out for a 30 year mortgage, but property still sells!  If the buyers are cash buyers why don't they just put their money in...

Also important is being able to find a reliable property manager in the area.I'd love to hear from local investors – am I looking at the right areas?

But the questions I would ask yourself before finding a market are: am I looking to prioritize cash flow, appreciation, or a mix of the two?

Am I responsible for returning or to try to get their deposit?

I dont think it's fair that we are being held liable for something we had no hand in contributing to”Am I legally responsible to return anything 9 months after he moved out??
