I have had to call VRBo customer service over 6 times in the last three weeks as I have not received payments for three lots of guests I have had in my property, they own me around 3000 euro and whilst they tell me that me case has been escalated they wont give me the name of any supervisors ( saying its company policy not to give out names) neither will they inform me of any manager names and numbers. 

As you enter the workplace after graduation, I’d suggest syndication may be the best option to start out with that amount.

What I am offended by is the extent of protections the board or supervisors gave the tenants at the expense of LL and property rights.  

I record this conversation and threaten to go to fox news and finally after being denied to speak to a supervisor I get a call back from one.

I'd try and speak to a supervisor there and get an actual answer.In the meantime I would be withholding this tax as it sounds like no one is doing it for you.

We request for bank balance, 2 pay stubs, and employment verification (us calling the tenant's supervisor/HR). 

My town they made me meet with the local code official supervisor (head) for about 30 mins and I came with a genuinely apologetic attitude and asked what they needed from me.
