VRBO not paying my rental money

I have had to call VRBo customer service over 6 times in the last three weeks as I have not received payments for three lots of guests I have had in my property, they own me around 3000 euro and whilst they tell me that me case has been escalated they wont give me the name of any supervisors ( saying its company policy not to give out names) neither will they inform me of any manager names and numbers. 

I am at my wits end, I have a mortgage to pay and more guests comeing on saturday, please can anyone tell me where I can phone to get some action on this.
