Definitely not meaningless or worthless, if taken as part of your analysis eco system. 

It is absolutely worth your time to network both on BP and -- better yet -- in person to meet the brokers, agents, wholesalers, and PMs in the Bremerton "ecosystem" of RE.

The way Matt is creating his business ‘ecosystem’ got my brain working on a whole other level when thinking about what’s possible when building a real estate business.

We can be caught downtown enjoying a film put on by the Victoria Film Society, having dinner at one of the many restaurants in our increasingly vibrant downtown area, or at Riverside Park with the pups.
