Do a search on google, syndication websites, reddit, etc2) research the rang e of return for that type of investment.if the typical return is about 8% to 12%, I would be skeptical if you were getting offered a 24%+ returnBest of luck!

If you are going to build a shelter, maybe set aside some space for another charity to come in and put in a soup kitchen type of facility to feed your homeless population on the site.Just my 2 cents.

I actually used to have a game modeled after Monopoly that was called Slumlord😂 same type of antics with buying property, maintenance cards, dealing with code enforcement etc… Bought it at a real estate convention

I'm not sure what type of property you have, but I find having long-term tenants cuts down on the amount of repairs and definitely will reduce the number of turnovers needed in a given time period.

What type of MEP work are you putting into the design for getting the sewer, water, power, and internet (assuming you're not extending gas) to the inside of the building?
