The wholesaler sends it to me at just below the former list price and wholesaler states the FMV is $25K higher than the listed price...a price at which the house didn't have any traction when listed. 

Don't worry too much about that until you get some traction in your business.

I think you will get more traction with direct and specific questions rather than generalities.

I'd give more consideration to the end user interface... the devices, how well the rooms heat up, air flow, and thermostat controls.

One plus side is better traction.

OR if that fails, hire a plumber that does sewer cameras or pipe locating, they will have devices that they can track...

I dont count before that because the site went live in June and it takes probably 3 to 4 months to gain some traction and get high enough into the search rankings to see results.

Between Toyota and the medical device companies, Indiana's market is definitely growing.
