Android app for calculating rehab costs?

Hi everyone.  I'm wondering whether people are using apps on phones or tablets to calculate rehab costs.  I have Android devices and would love to make this analysis more accurate and efficient. 

I'm currently doing it by hand, so it takes a while.  Unfortunately,  I'm just not experienced enough to be able to ballpark, just by looking at a place.
