Hey @John FriendasI have purchased 4 of my Co-Living (rent by room) properties with DSCR, 1 of them within the last few months.Not that I necessarily recommend this, but there are short-term-rental DSCR products.

Now I am inheriting a huge fixer-upper in Dallas which we will probably live in for a few years after it is repaired.My ideal situation with REI is to buy and hold multiple properties while also flipping a few per year to supplement our income.

I had 2 or 3 called.Now again keep in mind I had zero interest in holding these as rentals and I ONLY bought homes that had significant equity for me.. mainly all pre foreclosures..

If you buy and hold, time will make you look like a genius.

What is your finance mechanism and terms?  

All 17 or however many sellers want to sell, and we've agreed on terms for seller financing, but the problem is no one cannot get in touch with the last reminding person.
