Well, I have a rookie on the hook and instead of 2 points, I tell him 3 points, and instead of 12% I am going to tell him/her 13.5% and yield spread too. 

And yes @Beth Rook I know the owner of Simple Wholesaling Brett Snodgrass.

But a rookie agent will do just fine on most deals.
