Personally, I am a licensed Realtor in the State of New York, and am the CEO and Founder of Realty Resolutions, a real estate investment company that right now focuses on Dutchess, Westchester, Putnam, and Orange County.

UPDATE- Many people have written to me to see if the matter with Charles Lee has been resolved...He has delayed a $3,000-5,000 wire transfer about 5 times (he owes us a total of $10,150).He hasn't responded to emails or calls since January 6...No satisfactory resolution as of today on this. 

I now would like to use my SDIRA where I am in the role of handling the workout: working with vendors (servicing, loss mitigation, attorneys, etc) to work the note to resolution, but of course no direct borrower contact.

We invested in a camera a long time ago and use high resolution wide angle shots for all of our listings for both sale and for rent.

So my new years resolution is to find a standard job, but in the REI field at least a little bit.

My resolution to avoid analysis paralysis led me to focus on making directionally correct decisions versus perfect decisions.

If you throw this out to attorneys here you will get a battle royale without resolution and just a lot of frustration.

I made it a new years resolution to start smartly investing our money into different avenues.

One way or another, this will come to a resolution...
