@Praveen Venkat The HOA most likely has all of the leverage in this situation and you are going to be reduced to begging and pleading for some relief.Have you spoken directly with the HOA Management Company and specifically the person handling that HOA.

They're now pleading through a news channel for someone to come out before it gets cold this month.  

. $300,000 is just not much when it comes to paying someone's bodily injury claim if you are found guilty.

At this point man you have to practically beg and plead with a high level representative of the company to have the ding removed.  

If closing is required before a project reaches that happy day of being permitted and funded, the developer stands to lose all of the time and capital it has sunk into the project  or be left with having to plead and negotiate with the seller for more time.

She started to cry and plead with us that she's had her heart set on getting a puppy and has given it much thought, is going through an emotional time right now, would gladly pay extra rent or extra security deposit, would keep the dog in the garage and yard only if we wouldn't allow it in the house, is distraught because she and her husband (married just last May) decided not to expand their family at this time (she has a young daughter from a previous marriage), this was a disappointment and she needs the puppy for emotional support.

I would post that notice if the tenant and all their children were lined up next to that door, begging and pleading for just one more day of leniency.
