Hello, I have a landlord policy on my sfr, but the liability is at $300k. Is this too low? The property is in AK. What kinds of limits do people have for these types of properties, or per unit in mfr?

Replied

@Justin Fox I have never seen $700,000 offered from any company, and I rep for close to 100.  Typically, policies $300k, $500k, $1M and some can offer $2M occurrence limits.
