,My mother grew up sharing the bottom of a bunkbed (yes 4 kids in one bunkbed - 2 shared by girls on bottom - 2 shared by boys on top).

So when I contact you by email and list out in detail what I'm looking for and what my resources are and you force me to give you my phone number before you'll talk to me - we're done.Please - just give me what I ask for and if/when I see something on your list that I'm interested in, I will hike up my big girl pants, bolster my courage, but on my outside face and call you.  

after tailgating for the first time and having a ball we were leaving the game and heading into NYC when we met a group of American girls at the train station leaving the game. we got talking and I took a liking to one particular girl ( my now wife ).

The tenant, a young college girl with good reference (I checked before she moved in) apologizes and wants to pay fines and stay through end of lease (5 more months).  

The 1st set of young roommates I rented to, 3 young girls,  paid me all the rent on time but moved 8 months into the lease and I found out later they skipped out on their phone, electric, and water bills.

So...what's a girl to do in this type of situation?

The girls are both making payments but until they can refinance without a cosigner I'm stuck with a high debt to income ratio.  

She was studying abroad when the other girls put the deposit down and she never ended up signing it.

Otherwise no harm no foul, but if it were me I'd want to know what was up.Just one girls opinion.
