You then choose the ways you want them to pay (Paypal, Google checkout, bank merchant account, offline payments, etc.) and all transactions are tracked on your personal account.Probably a bit more than you need, but starter reseller accounts are about $25/month---subtract whatever you pay for your site hosting (should be about $5 a month) and it's probably the same you'd pay for Freshbooks with more capabilities.

I would encourage you to view social media as just another means of communicating...the ones who do really well balance their approach with both real life off line connecting, networking, and sharing with the on line approach of social networking. When you're out and about, invite folks to connect with you THEN actually be interesting enough to be worth connecting to...after looking at your current FB page, you have very few photos and everyone knows photos are a HUGE factor in FB being an amazing reason people are interested in other people :)Balance your on-line with your off-line networking...and if you're mostly an on-line networker, then stay consistent, join conversations, and stay top of mind.

so i was talking to @Scott McMahan offline about this too (arm vs traditional). although it does protect you better in case anything happens, the arms eat up your monthly cash flow.I talked to Scott's guy (thank you) and he said he can do 5 yr balloon at 15 yr amortization. this means i'd have to pay $600/mo payment (double) and total payment would be around 900-1k with tax and all that stuff. my rents are between 1k-1.2k, so that would leave me with $100-300 cash flow if i am lucky. one roof job or a 2 month vacancy and i'd be underwater.yes, i build a bigger/larger equity quicker, but going back to Ric Edelman's philosophy, why do you want to put all your money in bricks and pay it off early?
