Hi, I've had a chance to work in the connected water field for a couple years, although not directly in leak detection.

When I rented my townhouse this spring I had numerous people begging for it.

The tenants have been late numerous times (which I have documented)  They have indicated that they will move out next week, but I am concerned that they might not or even worse destroy the place before moving.  

As someone passionate about finance and eager to explore opportunities in the lending industry, I'm looking for insights from those with experience in this field.

There are other groups, like Left Field Investors, that are solely focused passive investors and have forums where their members are reviewing syndications.

This narrows the field as only a few stick out but they are the crews you want on your job.

So that smells fishy..The vast majority of real estate agents do not own a rental property and have very little knowledge in that field.
