At some point your going to have to get off the couch and act on what you know and learn along the way of what you don't.

Recommend having another source of income this could be as simple as doordashing, flipping, couches, free lance work, or even becoming a good realtor.

One toddler who wet himself and her couch was punished by putting a rubber band tightly over his manpart. 

Currently, the only debt that I have is 30k on a car loan (interest is just under 4%), I also have no living space since I travel so much right now, I just get an airbnb when I'm home (or couch surf).

- Laundy in basement floor (yes, I would be sharing my washer and dryer with them)- Furnishings: 2 beds with metal frames, box springs, and mattresses; 1 lawson couch; 1 dining table with chairs.- Appliances: stove and oven, refrigerator- Chimney- Large front porch shared with 1st floor residents- Separate front door entrance, basement access is through a staircase at the rear of the house next to kitchen- Street parking (we have a tight, shared driveway and can't accommodate off street parking)Important note: The first two tenants moving in will be relatives of me and my husband (a nephew and a cousin), but the rest of the workers moving in, in the future I likely won't know.I have a small back yard where my husband and like to make fires and hang out when the weather is nice.

Still, there would actually still be enough footage left for a common area nook with a couch, book shelf, and side table - maybe even a TV that swings down from the ceiling.
