There was a learning curve about investing in Costa Rica and the costs associated with it and financing and everything else.

I should have listened to my intuition but I gave it a try thinking it was just a learning curve, but what I'm learning is it leaves a lot to be desired.

Get the details here I'm really looking forward to learning from some of the best real estate educators, and then being able to take those lessons to smaller accountability groups to be able to discuss putting them into action with motivated peers. 

As others have mentioned, starting with a turnkey property could be a great way to learn the ropes of real estate investing before branching out into other strategies.Best of luck!
