Is there a cast iron sink?

Clay, cast iron, galvanized steel, likely will need to be replaced to PVC or pex throughout.  

I'd be interested in contractors in one of the following categories:- Electrician (complete service upgrade)- Plumber (replacing cast iron pipes?)

Look at the neighborhood, are all of the houses in the area older and have cast iron rads?

The cast iron he says was clear is absolutely not clear, and it’s level, instead pitched properly, which he would have noticed had he run water during the scope. 51 ft of cast iron is going to get ripped up in my basement.

Ironically, it is easier to finance a vacation home that is earning no money.  

I put $550,000 into the demo and construction of this new single family home with over 2900 SF, 2 stories, 3 view decks, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, huge yard, attached 2 car garage, and built in BBQ, fridge and bar seating for 7 on the backyard patio.

What did you do to ensure it is fair and pretty iron-clad?
