Hey, I'm Zamiyun and I reside in Dallas, Texas. I'm new to the area and I want to get into real estate as soon as possible, preferably buy and hold rental properties. Unfortunately I don't have any cash or credit, so I'm looking for some creative financing tools and education about my market. Any tips on how to get started and gainful insight will be greatly appreciated. I'm ready to change my future.

Thanks
