Hello Everyone, My name is Nate Gilbert and I have been a member of BP for a short while however I have never introduced myself.  

Hey guys,I've been posting for the past few days and forgot to introduce myself. 

I was first introduced to BP by my lending officer/friend that I used for my personal home, Brad Durrant (fellow BP member) around March/April this year and ever since I’ve been hooked!

At the local meet several agents walk up to the group introduce themselves stating they have tape and are wholeseller, pocket listings when I notice their license number signaling they are brand new realtors with ZERO transactions that is the end of it.

I'd like to introduce myself and meet other like minded individuals looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and ambitious business partner.On the side of that, I love cycling, fitness and technology (as I work in IT).

When you go to these REI meetings look for people that have been in the industry for a while, and simply introduce yourself. 

Find people you are inspired by and introduce yourself to them.

While I've posted a handful of times elsewhere, as I am now at the point of looking to make a first investment I wanted to formally introduce myself.

Networking is key, go to local meetups and put yourself out there. tell everyone around you are getting into real estate, i'm sure someone will know someone that can introduce you.

After several phone calls and letter didn’t work I went to the owners home last week to introduce myself (he’s local), he was tentative at first which is no surprise.
