@Tucker Cummings  I have no experience with this platform, but after reading this thread I'd be lying if I said my internal radar wasn't going off while reading this thread. 

I have a tenant whose condo suffered a major roof leak, which caused internal dry wall and related damage.

Today it's not being able to internally transfer funds which has pushed my coping with them over the line and I'm interested in hearing if there's better options out there. 

While rental ROI appears to be attractive even after carrying costs, the 11% transfer tax when you sell seems like a turn off.

Is the problem with the local ISP or internal routing of the signal inside the HOA?

@Rahel Ketema Hello.I have experience installing and working with both HVAC & mini-splits.I did a complete gut and rebuild on my 1994 furnace & cooler - all new internals within the existing chassis.I also installed a Daiken mini-split in my THOW/ADU.

You can use either the card for purchases or do direct balance transfers for a 2% fee.Good luck!
