Until revealed later in the seminar that actually as an S-Corp you have to pay yourself a salary, and the instructor said he pays himself what IRS considers reasonable, which is 30% of the proceeds.

I have competed in 29 countries, an alternate in boxing for the 92 olympics, made the olympic team for karate in 92 but the event was cut 6 months prior, former hand to hand combat instructor for the LA Sherrifs, etc etc...I have been called Sensei at the age of 12 nad has been morphed as a name rather than just a title.Fluff?

The 101 class has has some rigor and I found all of the CCIM instructors to be top notch, supportive, and helpful.
