And we have strong-arm HOAs down here that would make third-world African dictators jealous, so that makes up for it a bit, as well.And honestly, for the most part, the market also plays it's part. 

On another note, that area of town is of immense interest to as for an investment property as we look to get our first place!

Plus my striking has gotten immensely better by personally implementing some of his techniques and mindsets when it comes to striking so im a bit biased ;)
