In all honesty, most of the small towns/townships seem to be completely overlooked toward my direction so from what I've seen there are absolutely opportunities to be had.

I knew that I made the right move almost immediately because my friends would ask if I "made the right move" and I could say with 100% honesty that "I know I did because I am broke and haven't been this happy in years!"
