I seriously doubt a judge would remove someone from title simply because they couldn't be served.If there is animosity between the two, then the best bet would be for You to find the girl friend, as a neutral third party, bearing gifts.

Now, IF one of us lands a new job where we're the guy/girl 100% in charge of a massive operation, maybe for a giant hedge fund buying up rentals all over the USA, or at least in multiple markets, then I'd say go for it with the ratios and %'s as much as you can.

You're in the Republic of Texas too, you still have the same issues.Once hit by reality thinking may change.I'm not trying to strike fear in the hearts of investors, as much as pointing out when you dance with the ugliest girl at the prom you want the lights turned down.I said it wasn't illegal.....but that may go to a point.A real good option is just to get a license!

My little girl is about to hit to 2-month old mark, and I'm actually being allowed out of the home sometimes for more than just work.

So now you have to compete with hose for rentals...Again i think you find one that at least has recent up dates to some of the big stuff like roof furnace etc... you go in and clean it up new pain some updated fixtures etc... and be picky with who you rent to... many times the girls are better but in reality not always... plenty of party girls who like to keep a messy filthy house.
