Thank you Bigger Pocket friends for encouraging me to take a risk with working with a real estate agent/ broker who is also an investor. I look forward to working with him soon. There is also a possibility he can mentor me. However, another real estate agent expressed she was also interested in assisting me with investment deals. Her husband also has owned a lot of property. I think she also could be beneficial to me as a newbie. Here's the rub. Is it ok two work with them both at the same time. I feel like I'm cheating on theme if I do. Lol.

You run the risk of rubbing them both the wrong way and they both drop you.

If your interested in having one mentor you I would not rub him the wrong way.
