I'm aggressively looking everyday, I have all my ducks in a row from a financing and cash perspective, I'm just waiting and being patient. 

Once you get it though, open a few to buy your every day things and pay them off every month.  

I make money every day without going to work and do it in a 100% honest manner. 

Check your local Plumbing Supply wholesaler - they deal with plumbers every day and can usually give you a couple of good recommendations...

I've always heard that the best banks for HELOCS are usually the banks you use for every day banking if they do provide real estate LOCs.

There is opportunity everyday, it's just a matter of finding it and making it happen.

Every day you waste is going to cost you money and she will eventually walk leaving you holding the bag.
