Ive met some dang good agents and have two amazing ones on my team, it seems like commission isnt motivating people enough these days, How do my fellow Bigger Pocket users distinguish the great agents from the ones who have no motivation and lack the skill it takes when looking at properties in out of state markets.Thanks in advanced.

The type of door doesn't distinguish between bedroom and non-bedroom.You can also have your agent tell prospective buyer's agents (before the showing) that there is a "flex room" that can be a bedroom or an office, and that you'd be happy to replace the glass french doors with non-glass french doors should the buyer be interested in having it that way.
