Is it possible to make a career out of putting together Real Estate partnership deals meaning pairing the silent money partner with the active partner who will find the deal and oversee the asset management side of it and the middleman getting a piece of the pie.

I think HELOCs are great when used smartly. they're particularly powerful when paired with the BRRRR strategy, which sounds like what you're trying to do, no?

My current and past investments have been in “paper” – stocks, bonds, 401K, and also physical gold and crypto-currency.
