I have one county that I own an apartment in that you can do a parcel search on multi family, which is great.The county i primarily invest in doesn't, so you have to comb it yourself or find the exact addresses.As far as title, wouldn't hurt to call them and see if they can put a list together for you, I imagine some could/would if your county was larger.
