Yep, @Randall Cornelison, that was a clever "insurance product" offering co-branded with OG&E that has sparked some fitful spasms all across the metro!  

Just keep in mind you may have to invest in some upfront costs to cover the basic amenities like cookware, linens, furniture, etc.

But the longer answer is, there are loopholes which allow you to close these types of transactions if you are clever enough and tenacious.
