Texas is very business friendly state and now diversified with so many industries... even oil crash did not impact in last few years.I am surprised to see Brooklyn and Boston in this list...

Or other local conditions.Here in MA, our prices are about equal or slightly over the peak before the big crash. 

I think we just about broke even, but the learning experience on these two properties will be with us forever.Things were looking up, but I started a hotshot delivery service right before oil crashed in 2014. 

I’ve started the insurance claims and the adjusters are starting to arrive, but I can’t figure out how to connect the adjusters with my PM.

I don't know, just feel like, I am talking myself into it.Best time to buy may be brief period when the cap eventually goes high with market crash/adjustment and eventually the interest rates will need to be lowered to revive economy!

HOWEVER I can see value in a market like this, where you determine, only for yourself, what those lower parameters may become in the event of a crash.
