I think you're right that it would be annoying to move (I did it twice in 18 months, also with toddler and baby) and then have less privacy.

We only use ceramic on walls in bathrooms or kitchen backsplashes, as broken floor tiles are common and annoying to repair. 

It just makes no sense to have that approach bc to me it's more like the annoying spam calls I get daily asking me if I want to buy a warranty for my Ferrari even though I already have an extended warranty.

The constant jumping and high fives were kinda annoying and basically used to get people to think they are going make soooo much money in real estate quickly.

You have to micro-manage every little details in every step of the process and it is extremely frustrating and annoying.
