They sleep two adults each, not large groups and  were designed by a well-known firm that specializes in energy efficient homes.  

The issue is you need nearly 5% of the population to live in your property to keep it filled, more if this is an area where most adults are married.  

I gave them a 90-days notice a month ago, before this happened.As a side note, they also stopped paying rent - they are 5 adults (family) -they all have jobs and can't pay $1000 of rent.

Haha....ok I'm joking, kind of...All those things are important, but first is credit score(700 or better preferred, can go lower if other conditions are optimal) and no previous evictions, no felony convictions(especially violent or sexual).

Have all new adult tenants fill out applications and do an addendum to the rental agreement, assuming the condo is not overcrowded.

Not all schools work this way but a lot of them do.Then you have schools that are mainly child focused and then ones more adult focused in training and curriculum.

For example, if I were designing such a model and had all the data available to me, I would include distance to a highway as a feature, school quality, or even creative variables like the count of liquor stores in close proximity, income of zip code, average age of neighbors (to know whether they're adults and poor or maybe just students)...

Your parents just might fall over, but you will gain their respect and they will treat you more like an adult.

The home would be perfect for multigenerational family type scenario with the tiny house providing housing for an elderly family member or adult child of Babyboomer or a Home health aide like a companion or nanny. 

IMO Adult Men should not wear BABY HATS!
