Hello, If its protection you are worried about I would just call my insurance company and tell them your situation and see if you can enhance or boost your policy or possibly get an umbrella coverage.

There are also a lot of people who question which is best a LLC or Umbrella, I see an umbrella alone as plenty of coverage but don't' necessarily see it as either or.

If you want another layer of protection then get an umbrella policy.If you have a mortgage on the property that is already another layer of protection.

It helps people sleep better which is valuable but really how many claims are for over your insurance amount and a nice umbrella is way less hassle and should be paired with an llc anyway.
