I went to my local library, which is connected with a dozen other libraries in the region, and over the course of a year I read every book on Real Estate they had - at least a hundred.

.- It's extremely secure - Your home PC could be lost, stolen, damaged, hacked a lot easier than the Intuit servers. - It's mobile - We add/update/edit transactions from our phones or other computers. - Since much of the industry is going toward cloud and software as a service, that's why they're pushing it so much.

In hindsight, the 4-plex you started with for less than $100k, did you have any difficulty with lower income tenants (I'm not sure if that's PC to ask)? 

George hit the books.. you can read on BP here or simply go to the library and read how to real estate books.. the other thing is you can buy used guru materials on e bay for pennies on the dollars most of those have some good actionable items.. and also of course many items that are not realistic to down right illegal. 

Lure you in, talk about how much money they make, try to sell you some extremely expensive miracle product without knowing any of the details.I'll stick to BP and the library for education.

They also said you can sabe some money by going to the local library.  

I'm curious about the content of the letters that my fellow BP'ers are sending to probate leads. Since frequency is important over time (until the property sells or the deal is done), does everyone send the exact same...
