Lastly, how about decluttering (yes even with a tenant in place), and taking professional photography, or virtually staging, or at the very least opening the blinds and photographing during the day.

Sounds great, lol, but for most who invest remotely that is not realistic .. this is hardly a blind investment, it is simply one where PM has stepped out of bounds even beyond what I believed .. homework is done, like I said above. .. not worried about the result, because the home is in good shape ..

I’ve personally been very happy with the overall performance of my portfolio.In my opinion, the most important thing to understand is that this is not like investing in the stock market where in a person can just blindly pick a few index funds and will probably end up fine.
