They feel that there is a huge liability for them since they can't verify that the servicing was done properly before it got to them and cite CA SB900 as the source of this liability.So far, Madison Management and Note Serving Center in CA won't take the loans either.Anybody have any other recommendations?

We did invest in St George UT, Huntsville & Madison, AL plus TN. 

I have been researching Madison, WI because I have a friend who lives there who can advise on the neighborhoods.

You may want to consider areas just outside of town such as Antioch and Madison.

Currently looking into properties around Penn North/Reservoir Hill (where I grew up), McCulloh/Druid Hill/Madison Park, and then Pigtown.
