You're responsible for PITI so your overall monthly payment increases.  

I told him he can break the lease, but according to his contract until I find a tenant - he will be responsible to pay the lease.

Hi @Joseph Goode I didn't see any responses on this so I wanted to see if anyone did get back to you via PM as I am interested in this topic as well.   

The lady said what if there were 100 documents, my response was there are 3 documents and no where near 100.
