A few eastern European sprinkled in with the odd German etc.

I work as an Account Executive for a large German ICT company.I have a strong desire to create a business on the side while working my full time job, therefore I have recently started to look into RE investing and found Bigger Pockets during my research.  

Regarding pets, we allow cats and most dog breeds except for the following: -any breeds/mixes known under common parlance as “Pit Bull”-Rottweiler-Doberman Pinscher-German Shepherd-Alaskan Malamute a.k.a “Husky”-Chow Chow-Great Dane-St.

I like it. sure thing I have posted this exact thing numerous times first time anyone thought it was germane to the assets..

I have recently sold that business and now am eagerly trying to find out more about real estate investing in all its facets.I also enjoy sports cars, dog showing (I have a champion German Shepherd), trying to play the guitar, and home theater.I am looking for a mentor in this online community to help guide me through the first few deals.Thanks for the time and I hope to learn a lot!

In the beginning I thought a vacation home will a good choice, but I read a lot of negative thinks in German forum posts, most of them ending that this is like burning money.

And please don´t compares your german with my english^^, english is global language, german not ;).

I didn't like the taste to much, its always missing something so I learned to add certain spices and herbs to make a meal taste better, Chef Ramsey would love me in "Hell's Kitchen" lol in fact seeing I am self taught I actually worked as a Sous Chef in a German Resturant in Texas and everyone loved my cooking, today even my wife loves my cooking (as long as I stay away from Italian Dishes, she is Italian and that is her baliwack lol).

A lot of it not germane to todays lending environment...
