Hello from Central Arkansas

Hi everyone! My name is Greg and I live just outside Sherwood Arkansas. I am a homeowner with 3 wonderful children and a beautiful wife. I bought my first property in foreclosure at 24 thinking I was going to fix it up and sell it. I am still here however.

I have always been facinated about making something out of nothing. I opened my first business when I was 21 with stocks and mutual funds that I had bought as a minor so as to not have to have a loan. I am usually trying to think long term. I have recently sold that business and now am eagerly trying to find out more about real estate investing in all its facets.

I also enjoy sports cars, dog showing (I have a champion German Shepherd), trying to play the guitar, and home theater.

I am looking for a mentor in this online community to help guide me through the first few deals.
