I come from a similar background in the film and photography space, so always love connecting with like-minded creative people!

Every time I hear Pinellas County I think of that TV show Cops, cause they film there so often lol.

For example Atlanta has a lot of large companies and a growing film industry.  

I can offer help in the way of marketing (web/graphic design, filming/editing video, social media marketing, etc).  

Since I've never been to inner city Baltimore I had to have seen it in film or television.  

Once fixed up and "staged" it will be like office space for me to use for when I need to film content or work on projects.

There was a film on the walls and the paint would not sick.

Around $7500 was for damages done to a small kitchen put in a few years ago (water damages to lower cabinets and uppers coated with a film from smoking mixed with grease from cooking).   

If there was enough demand for the space, I like it and I've heard people can do well with daily rentals to film/photo/media, but I think it's too far from Philly and wouldn't be in demand enough to cover the high mortgage. 

You can rent it out through the whole year to traveling workers, visiting professors, travel nurses, consultants and production companies for adult movie film scenes.
