I am looking for ideas for items beyond a normal lunch or dinner, and beyond a christmas card.  

@Carol Venolia I'm unclear on whether you would like to be able to deny them due to the mmj. 

So being able to follow the ones we sold back then, we've learned long-term is definitely worth it, but you need to be able to make it through the frustrating parts, like the new gas furnace right before Christmas and a tenant moving out Dec 31...ugh.

I'd like to come by, but one of my daughters has a Christmas sing along at her school tonight.

I went to the bank today and fortunately made it while they were open.So while others took the day off, I bought two houses, after settlement, I'm taking the rest of the day off and Christmas too.Oh yea, did a radio interview this morning for 40 minutes, all is good.Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

In my experience, even when legal, growers tend to keep their homes clean, don't have wild parties and will pay their rent before anything else [ plants not easy to transport] And if you're lucky, at Christmas he will give you something a little better than an 'I Love My landlord" t-shirt.
