@Al Wilson and @Greg H.I understand your concerns, but my husband and I both enjoy really physically strenuous activities like snowboarding, rock climbing, and acro yoga, that we just wouldn't be able to enjoy to the fullest if we didn't have time to pursue them until we were older.

Moncton is down slightly and Saint John is in retreat at ~-6%.It's more amazing that you have only risen 2.6% being as close to the GTA as you are.
