I was concerned because the tenant has roofing supplies all over the back yard in addition to a trailer and roofing machine in the street. 

As for my comment on being dangerous - one of my mentors had a vacation rental (pre-Airbnb) in Costa Rica and was mugged while traveling to the house at knifepoint. 

It did not help that we had a period (2010-2016 ish) that was just cash-flow and BRRRR heaven and a lot of young investors actually succeded building a cash flow portfolio out of nothing and then quit their W2, traveled the world and YouTube about it, which became an expectation for a lot of noobs until today.

I like long walks on the beach, fine dining and travel....woops!

But I do have it listed on MLS for LTR, I’d much rather a short term guest though - since I’m so close to college and university hospital, I’d hope for students or traveling medical professionals. 

My husband and I are planning on putting one the rooms in our house on airbnb, either as a short term or medium term rental for travel Healthcare workers and such.

The tree trimmer was half finished when he called me, sent a photo of the trailer full of branches and Katrina claimed, "he hadn't started yet".

There are a lot of traveling medical professionals for this area as well.

This works best when the seller doesn't really use this account for traveling purposes or have other listings on it.
