And though this isn't 'supposed' to happen, 3% to a BA could result in some brokers trying to 'steer' their buyers towards your listing over others at 2.4%, in this market, as long as it's priced right, it'll sell.As far as actual companies or people to recommend, I think @Adam Schneider and @Kevin Ramirez Nieto might offer flat fee listings.

I would highly recommend steering clear of fha as they have the costly upfront mortgage premium as well as PMI for the life of the loan.
