Network there is a monthly real estate  meetup in the Bronx with great speakers and tons of info.

Always an informative speaker and opportunities to network.  

I heard today on a podcast that the speaker said he does something everyday that he doesn't like on purpose (ex: he turns the cold water on in the shower for like 10 seconds just to do something he isn't comfortable with).

They do have national speakers who will try to sell you a course, but just leave your wallet at home and bring your biz cards for networking. 

Speakers, parents, etc.  

Loaded with tons of info with great guest speakers, and of course legit hosts.

No speakers or agenda.

Hey Sheila, I was at a meetup in Denver a few weeks ago and the guest speaker was Zeona McIntyre who is the author of the 30-Day Stay book that goes over everything STR/MTR.
