51 Year Old Woman Wanting More Me Time

Hi,

I'm a 51 year old who would like to learn real estate because I absolutely enjoy working with people and participating in simple construction projects. I also joined Habitat for Humanity to learn and improve my carpentry skills. I currently own a condo in Bronx, NY and I'm looking to purchase a four family home in NJ and rent out the condo. My goal is to retire from the insurance industry by 56 and managed my portfolio of properties. I welcome all suggestions and any advice to help me realize my goals.
