This is distinct from the Greater Toronto Area  (where I invest) which includes the Regions of Peel, Halton, York, and Durham and all the municipalities therein (Brampton, Ajax, Markham, Oshawa, Richmond Hill, New Market, Oakville, Burlington, and more) where, currently, only provincial land transfer tax is required.Also, just curious to know, by setting up the corporation, are you anticipating a windfall of cash and/or acquisitions in the near future?

If 120v then its a bulb, if you get nothing test from center prong to metal electrical box if you get 120v then its a bad neutral.Paint tape issue... using good tape blue or green or masking tape?

So far all I can keep thinking is that my clients that I work with need to read this book...they certainly fall into the trap of "sell to anyone" and "any client is a good client" they are a CBD skin care company and have spread themselves super thin between Ecomm sales, wholesale customers, and then within wholesale they have umpteen clients from Ulta all the way down to a local face mask bar.

There were some old dog pee stains throughout the house from the previous owner, so we went with a darker stain than before in order try to mask them a little bit.Here are some looks at the work before and after:Living room before-After-Before, hallway:End of Hallway Before, there was an opening under the carpet that was an access to the crawlspace.

So, if it is present it is encapsulated and there is no peeling paint that would present a potential hazard to children.I am not aware of any requirements to test, just to disclose what you know even if what you know is "nothing".

You need topmount/drop-in stainless and composite sinks that can be replaced easily and cheaply and not premium farmouse or undermount sinks like you would have with granite.Granite chips, and in ways where you can't always put in and shape some knife-grade epoxy to mask the chip.

Mold in the laundry area might just be a surface mold problem which can be cured with a disposable breathing mask, some towels, and some bleach spray.
